  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 pack whole wheat crackers
  • 4 whole wheat pita, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, sliced in cubes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, sliced in cubes
  • favorite fruit to choose
