Ingredients

  • 1 Pure Flavor® Alonna Canary Melon
  • ¼ cup pistachios, chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 tsp honey, divided
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Halve melon and scoop out the seeds. Cut into wedges.

Step 3

Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon, top with nuts, and drizzle with 2 teaspoons of honey. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the oven, garnish with remaining honey and serve with Greek yogurt.
